ABOUT OUR CLINIC

Who we are

At Gravity Osteopathy, we believe that strength and mobility serve as the foundation of your overall physical health and resilience. That is why, as well as manual therapy, we help empower our patients through education and strength-based exercise prescription specific to the functional demands of each individual patient.

We are dedicated to helping our patients develop the tools they need to perform at their maximal potential.

That's why, rather than simply addressing problematic areas superficially, we take a biomechanical and anatomical snap-shot of how your body performs during specific tasks and aim to attend to the root cause of your injury.

ABOUT

What Is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a holistic approach to musculoskeletal injuries and conditions

Osteopathic care is guided by four core principles:

  1. The body is a unit; which encompasses mind, body and spirit.

  2. The body is capable of self-regulation, self-healing, and health maintenance.

  3. Structure (anatomy) and function (physiology) are intimately interrelated.

  4. Osteopathic treatment is based upon an understanding of the above three principles.

By using these 4 principles, we aim to empower our patients to move, feel and live their lives with confidence and resilience.
