On a more serious note:
Moving into the new financial year, I've decided to update and uphold our clinic cancellation policy.
My mission is to set clear boundaries for business operation and this is the first step
Our new cancellation will be as follows:
1. Cancellations and rescheduling appointments will require at least 24-hours notice (the day before).
2. Same day cancellations will incur a 50% consultation fee.
3. Cancellations within 1-hour of your appointment time or simply not turning up to your appointment will incur a full consultation fee.
Booking confirmation emails and reminders will be updated soon to reflect this change.
In saying that though, if there is a situation where there is a family emergency or you test positive for COVID-19, I completely understand.
