You don't need to red-line every workout

What I mean is...

Although it's great to compete against yourself and others during a WOD

Treating every WOD like you're an athlete at the CrossFit Games is usually a recipe for either burnout or niggly injuries

  • Pick your battles and trust your gut

  • Some days you won't feel 100% and that's ok

  • Keep moving on these days, because it's going to help with blood flow and your mental/emotional health

But you are not a bad person if you:

  • Don't Rx the WOD

  • Scale a movement

  • Modify the reps

  • Swap out an exercise

Just keep moving to the best of your abilities on any given day
